We are Tangerine Trees, and we exist to support businesses with ethics at their core. Influence is a powerful thing, and we provide tools and techniques for these Ethical Influencers to reach their rightful thrones.
After working with businesses who want all the quick wins at the
expense of their values, or who are trapped in political or
economic tarpits, we noticed that the ethical and the brave deserve
more. We have committed ourselves to helping them.
When businesses don't get the results they need, that's when poor quality, short-term, destructive decisions get made.
We have developed tools, training and techniques to help Ethical Influencers get the business results they need, and allow them to use their influence in all it's glory.
Its all about people. Why they do what they do, and how you can
influence the process.
And when you can do that, you get happier staff, more engaged
employees, more interested prospects and a better leadership
team.
We love the NHS. We think that they have an important place in
our hearts and minds, because awareness, prevention and lifestyle
choices are the essence of ethical influence. Public money funds

It's something we get asked a lot (and one of the reasons we chose the name was because it triggered conversation!)
Our MD is called Kathryn Lennon-Johnson, and Lennon is her maiden name. As it's one of those surnames that requires some clarification over the phone to distinguish it from Lemon or Lenin or Leonard, her family always used to say "as in John" whenever they said it.
Having got so attached to the idea that she had some tenuous connection to John Lennon, when Kathryn came to start her own business, she knew it had to have some Beatles connection.
The final contenders were Tangerine Trees or Yellow Submarine, but when it came to the philosophy of the business - refreshing, straightforward, ethical advice for growth - Tangerine Trees won hands down.
And that's why we're called Tangerine Trees. So now you know!
